|Our goal is to make the vehicle reservation process (and checking, updating or cancelling those requests), as simple as possible. Just follow these three easy steps:|
|First, complete and submit the on-line vehicle reservation request form. Once submitted, your reservation request is assigned a request ID and a "pending approval" status. You will receive an email indicating that Transportation Services received your request and it is pending approval.|
|If your vehicle reservation is approved you will be notified by email. If your reservation request is rejected or cancelled, a Transportation Services staff member will contact you.|
|Pick-up your vehicle at Transportation Services.|
Note: Vehicles will not be released to a driver without a signed Authorization for Travel form and verification of driver license information.
At any time, the My Schedule link may be used to view the status of your current reservation request(s) as well as your vehicle reservation history.
