Accident Reporting | |||||||
Any accident (regardless of the extent of damage) involving a university-owned vehicle must be investigated by the police and reported to Transportation Services. For further information, please refer to the accident checklist and report kit located in the glove compartment of each university-owned vehicle. | |||||||

Cancellations | |||||||
If it is necessary to cancel a reservation, it should be done as early as possible. A one-day rental fee is assessed for all reserved vehicles not canceled 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. | |||||||

Authorized Ball State University faculty, staff and student employees with a valid driver's license may operate a motor pool vehicle. The vehicle may only be used for Ball State University business. | |||||||
