- I cannot log into FleetCommander
- Make sure you are entering your FleetCommander username and password. Users define their own FleetCommander username and password during the "Sign Up Now!" process. Your FleetCommander username (BSU username) and password is not the same as your BSU password unless defined as such during the "Sign Up Now!" process.
- I am trying to make a reservation for someone else but their name is not in the Search box.
- All motor pool users (drivers and requestors) must have a FleetCommander account. If the driver/requestor needs to create a FleetCommander account, click the "Sign Up Now!" link located on the left navigation bar of the FleetCommander interface, complete and submit the form.
- I cannot remember my FleetCommander login information. Whom should I contact?
